What types of payment options do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- Apple pay
- Google pay
We do not accept checks or cashiers' checks.

Where should I park?
Wolcott has a parking lot that is attached to the store, and the same with Waterbury. We advise clients visiting the New Haven store to utilize either meter parking (Sunday is free) or there is a ramp garage. If you drive by us, it's on the right hand side.

Do you sell weed?
No. We are not a dispensary and cannot sell marijuana recreationally.

What location offers tattoo services?
Only our Waterbury location offers tattoo services at this time!

Is your tattoo artist licensed?
Yes! Our tattoo artist is licensed and experienced in the art of tattoos.

What locations offer piercing services?
Both our Waterbury and Wolcott locations accept piercing appointments. The Waterbury location is appointment only while the Wolcott location accepts walk-ins, but it is appointment preferred.

Are your piercers certified?
The state of CT doesn't require a license but they set ID guidelines that we strongly enforce.

Do you accept returns?
Our return policy is as follows:
- Unused items in sellable condition can be returned for cash back within 30 days. After 30 days we can only give store credit.
- NO returns on items in unsellable condition, used, or damaged. NO returns on body jewelry, scales, supplements, batteries, or vaporizers.
- Defective items can be discussed with the manufacturer for the warranty.
